Gorman Spruce is a Top Grade Material our cost effective Wood choice that can be Painted or Stained. It is strong and light weight, No wonder they used to build Airplanes with it!

Cypress

Cypress is naturally Rot and Insect Resistant with beautiful Honey Color and Remarkable Grain variations. Available in Knotty and Select Grades

Western Red Cedar

Western Red Cedar is naturally Rot and Insect Resistant with beautiful Brown to Purple Color variations. Available in Knotty and Select Grades

Panel Construction: Our Doors are built using 3 Layers of *3/4″ thick Material for a finished thickness of 2 1/4″ and by combining 3 Layers our Door Panels are super strong and lightweight. This also allows the Designs and Window Sizes to be customized to your specifications.

Window Construction: The Windows in our Doors are 1/8″ Clear Annealed Glass and TDL (True Divided Lite) Meaning each pane is an individual piece of Glass. We DO NOT do a “Grid” installed over a sheet or Glass like most other Door Manufacturers. This makes our products the perfect choice for Historical Preservation Replacement and Retrofit.

Opening Framing: If you have a Finished Opening we provide a Perimieter Stop and Strap Hinges to make Installation a breeze. If you have a Rough Framed Opening we can provide a ” Prehung” Frame unit with Mortised Hinges for a fit and finish result.
